| Background

Rotary Club of Bombay West (RCBW),
chartered on April 24, 1954, is the second oldest Rotary Club in Mumbai,
India, and is recognised as one of the most prestigious clubs in Rotary
International District 3140.
The
Club has many achievements to its credit in terms of innovative programmes
and projects in the areas of healthcare, education, environment, cultural
heritage, human excellence and so on, resulting in a rich history of nearly 50
years of service to community.
